2. Innovative startup

LibraJF S.r.l. is entered in the special section of the Companies Register for innovative startups. The information required by Article 25 of Decree-Law 179/2012, including date of incorporation, corporate purpose, research and development activities, shareholders and latest financial statements, is published and kept up to date on the official portal startup.registroimprese.it, by searching for LibraJF.

The information on this site, including information aimed at investors, is for information purposes only. It does not constitute an offer of financial products to the public, a solicitation to invest or investment advice under Legislative Decree 58/1998. Any transaction in the company's capital takes place only in the forms and with the documentation required by law.

The roadmap and other plans described on the site are objectives: they may change and do not constitute a commitment or a guarantee of results.
