1. Why you will not find a banner
A cookie banner is there to collect consent. Consent is required when information is stored on, or accessed from, the visitor's device beyond what is strictly necessary to provide the service: this is laid down by Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code, which implements Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC, and explained in the Italian Data Protection Authority's Guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools of 10 June 2021. The rule applies to any form of storage on the device, not just cookies.
This site stores nothing on your device and reads nothing from it: there is nothing to consent to, and a banner would only get in the way. It does not load resources from third-party servers either, so no one else receives your IP address while you browse it.

3. How to check for yourself
You do not have to take our word for it. On a computer, open the browser's developer tools (F12), then:
- Application (or Storage) tab, under Cookies: the list for this domain is empty, and so are Local storage and Session storage;
- Network tab, reloading the page: every request goes to librajf.com, none to any other domain.
4. Server logs
The server logs access like any web server: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type. These are not cookies and need no consent; they keep the service running and protect it from abuse. We process them on the basis of legitimate interest and keep them for the technically necessary time, and in any case no longer than twelve months. Details are in the privacy policy.
5. Links to other websites
Some links lead to third-party sites, such as plintify.com or the Data Protection Authority's website. Nothing is loaded until you click them; once opened, those sites' own privacy notices and cookie policies apply.
6. Inside our products
This page concerns the librajf.com website. The applications we supply to clients use technical cookies to keep signed-in users' sessions open: they are strictly necessary for the service requested and therefore need no consent. Each application has its own notice, delivered to the client with the contract.
7. If this ever changes
If we introduce a tool that requires consent, before it goes live we will update this page and show a banner that complies with the Authority's Guidelines: no non-essential cookies before you choose, a reject option as easy as accept, closing the banner with the X counting as rejection, no consent inferred from scrolling, and the ability to change your mind at any time.
